We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The front desk staff were unhelpful and had very poor communications skills which caused some unnecessary inconvenience. The restaurant supervisor (I assumed he s the supervisor because he dressed differently fron other staff members) were rude, when I asked for a coffee, instead of telling me that breakfast buffet is closed and that it would be charged to my room, he looked annoyed and just walked away. None of our key cards would work and had to get it swapped every time we leave the room except once. The staff who gives good services are the maintenance staff, cleaners and drivers, they do their job well and would always smile and greeted us. Even though we can get free wifi within the room and in the hotel areas, we constantly having to relog on every time. These minor and major things did not happen when we stayed at a 3 star rating hotels which costs one third the price.
